José Luis is the Managing Director at 3BB Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, an MBA from BSP in Brazil, and has completed executive programs at Kellogg and Stanford.

With 28 years of leadership experience, he had a distinguished career at AB InBev, holding key executive roles across Latin America and leading large-scale commercial operations, portfolio transformations, and digital innovation initiatives.

At AB InBev, José Luis drove strategic growth in Venezuela, Brazil, Centroamerica, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico, overseeing market expansion, M&A execution, and organizational restructuring.

Managing Director

Currently serving as Managing Director at 3BB Capital Partners demonstrated exemplary leadership during his tenure as the CEO of Bia Foods from 2017 to 2023. 

With a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and an MSc in Finance, he earned prestigious Ring of Honor recognition from PepsiCo in 2014 while serving as the Central America Commercial Head for Ambev in Guatemala.

His professional journey began in 2003 at AMBEV’s Venezuela division, where he excelled in commercial and trade marketing until 2006. Following this, he expanded his career globally, working in Madrid with Axis and later leading CBC’s Central America Commercial division in El Salvador.
